PURCHASE TERMS & PERSONAL DATA MANAGEMENT

These general conditions apply when you as a consumer (“Customer”) place an order through www.kraftpowersupport.com (“the webshop”). An agreement is entered into between You and Jämtstark Gym AB, organization number 559019-1333 (“KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT”). The terms are only applicable for Customers who are consumers, and who place orders via the webshop.

PERSONAL DATA

When you as a customer place an order with KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT through the webshop, you approve
you that we store your data in order to fulfill your order in this way, as well as any subsequent service and completions. The information that is saved is name, address, e-mail, phone number and what you have ordered. KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT shares your delivery details with the shipping company that carries out the transport your order. No information is shared with third parties. Handling of your data takes place in accordance with the data protection regulation, and is stored as long as it is deemed to be relevant. These are then deleted.

ORDERS

To shop at KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT, the Customer must be 18 years old. Consumers under the age of 18 must have and send a guardian’s permission before the purchase is completed. KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT does not, according to Swedish law, accept credit purchases (credit card, invoice, partial payment) to persons under the age of 18. KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT reserves the right in individual cases to refuse or change a Customer’s order (for example, if the Customer has provided incorrect personal information and/or has payment objections). All products remain the property of KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT until full payment has been made. KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT bears no direct or indirect responsibility, for e.g. but not limited to delivery delays, service interruptions, data loss, overtime or other financial damage.

COMPLAINT

If a product is damaged or has a fault, which cannot be proven to be transport damage, it must be promptly replaced by KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT, alternatively pay the partial sum to the customer. The customer should inspect the product on arrival to verify that it is genuine and free of defects. In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT via email to webshop@kraftpowersupport.com, and state the order number and reason for the complaint. The return shipment must be marked with “RETUR” and the return number assigned to the customer by KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT, for example on the address label, so that the original packaging is not damaged. For all returns, it is important that the customer packs the product so that the product cannot be damaged. For private consumers, the Consumer Purchase Act applies, which means that the customer has the right to have his return shipping cost paid for a valid return case. In cases where the return case is not valid, and the customer has received a prepaid return shipping slip, the customer will be charged the return shipping cost. For return shipments that do not have a return number, these are returned to the customer, whereupon the customer is charged the shipping cost. KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT reserves the right to replace a defective product with an equivalent one, in cases where an identical product is not available. The right of return is valid for 14 days from the day you received your product delivered, and applies to unused products. The customer has the right to advertise a product, if its properties deviate from what was agreed upon, or as required by law. Furthermore, the customer must be reimbursed for any shipping costs, and other costs incurred in connection with the complaint.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product can be returned in its original packaging, and in essentially unchanged condition. You have the right to open the packaging and check that the product works only if the nature of the product requires this. The product must not be used, otherwise for functional testing, and must be packaged in such a way that the product can be resold in new condition. If KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT assesses that the product has been used for more than just function testing, a reduction in value can be applied to a return. Dietary supplements, whose safety seal has been broken, are not returned, and therefore also do not fall under the exception of functional checks before a possible return. If a product is damaged in transit, as a customer, you must contact KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT within a reasonable time, for information on how to proceed regarding compensation. If the customer wishes to invoke his right of withdrawal, this must be notified to KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT, preferably by email to webshop@kraftpowersupport.com, in order to obtain a return address and return number. The customer himself is responsible for the return shipping, but KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT can help with handling the return slip if desired. In the event of a right of withdrawal or complaint, if the customer does not request a new product, KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT must refund the order amount, alternatively cancel the invoice, within 14 days from the date the returned product was received.

OTHER

KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT reserves the right to change all information on and about the webshop at any time, but not limited to prices, offers and product specifications. Without prior notification of this. If a possible final sale of a product, at the stated price, takes place, or likewise due to an incorrect stock balance. KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT owns the right to cancel the purchase and refund the customer’s
possibly paid amounts in the best way. KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT must also notify the customer if a replacement or similar product is available
available. Furthermore, KRAFTPOWERSUPPORT disclaims liability for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products on the Webshop. Image information should only be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce exact appearance and condition.

DISPUTE
