In this product, Rhaponticum Carthamoides is used as a source of turkesterone. 
Sportlab has selected an extract with very high purity to produce a product that provides
 a full 250 mg of turkesterone of which 10% standardized turkesterone per capsule

Sufficient for 30 – 60 days

A full course with the maximum dose is 30 days. 
The capsules are best taken with a meal for the best possible absorption. 
If you choose the highest dosage, you can divide the intake into two occasions,
 evenly distributed over the day.
